ruSMART 2026 Registration

Registration is required for participation in ruSMART 2026 and for the inclusion of accepted papers in the conference proceedings.

Important Requirement for Accepted Papers

One full registration is mandatory for each accepted paper to be included in the conference proceedings, even if the presenting author is a student. Authors submitting more than one accepted paper are eligible for a 50% registration fee discount on the second paper, provided that at least one author is common across all such papers. Maximum 2 papers per author is allowed, either as main or co-author, for geographical constraints.

Full Registration Fee Includes

• Access to all ruSMART 2026 conference sessions during the three conference days, 23–25 November 2026.

Registration Policy

• One full registration is required for each accepted paper.
• The second subsequent accepted paper is eligible for a 50% registration fee discount, provided that at least one author is common across all such papers.
• The discounted registration applies only to papers sharing at least one common author with a previously registered paper.
