Please be aware that for ruSMART 2026, one full registration is mandatory for each accepted paper to be included in the conference proceedings, even if the presenting author is a student.

Authors submitting more than one accepted paper are eligible for a 50% registration fee discount on the second paper, provided that at least one author is common across all such papers. Maximum 2 papers per author is allowed Either as main or coauthor for geographical constraints.

Authors with affiliation from the host Institution i.e. Istanbul University, Turkey	400 EUR	500 EUR
All other authors	500 EUR	600 EUR

Registration Policy:

• One full registration is required for each accepted paper.
• The second and each subsequent accepted paper is eligible for a 50% registration fee discount, provided that at least one author is common across all such papers.
• The discounted registration applies only to papers sharing at least one common author with a previously registered paper.
• Registration fee is EUR 400 for papers having at least one author affiliated with an institution in Turkey and EUR 500 for all other papers (early registration rates).

Full ruSMART registration fee covers:

• online access to all ruSMART sessions for 3 days (November 23-25, 2026)
• digital copy of Springer LNCS proceedings
