ruSMART 2026 Registration

Registration is required for participation in ruSMART 2026 and for the inclusion of accepted papers in the conference proceedings.

Important Requirement for Accepted Papers

One full registration is mandatory for each accepted paper to be included in the conference proceedings, even if the presenting author is a student. Authors submitting more than one accepted paper are eligible for a 50% registration fee discount on the second paper, provided that at least one author is common across all such papers. Maximum 2 papers per author is allowed, either as main or co-author, for geographical constraints.

Full Registration Fee Includes

• Online access to all ruSMART 2026 conference sessions during the three conference days, 23–25 November 2026.
• A digital copy of the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) proceedings.

Registration Policy

• One full registration is required for each accepted paper.
• The second and each subsequent accepted paper is eligible for a 50% registration fee discount, provided that at least one author is common across all such papers.
• The discounted registration applies only to papers sharing at least one common author with a previously registered paper.
• Registration fee is EUR 400 for papers having at least one author affiliated with an institution in Turkey and EUR 500 for all other papers (early registration rates).
