Call for Papers — ruSMART 2026
The 19th International Conference on Internet of Things and Smart Spaces (ruSMART 2026) invites researchers, practitioners, industry professionals, and students to submit original and high-quality research papers presenting significant theoretical, experimental, or practical contributions.
Publication and Indexing

The ruSMART 2026 proceedings will be published in the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series (confirmed).

Proceedings are indexed by relevant databases such as ISI, WoS (Web of Science), EI (Compendex and Inspec databases), ACM Digital Library, dblp, Google Scholar, and Scopus, subject to the policies and acceptance procedures of the respective services. The acceptance rate is below 35% (5 years).

Scope of Contributions
ruSMART 2026 welcomes original contributions on the Internet of Things, smart spaces, and next-generation wired and wireless networks and systems. Topics of interest include but are not limited to:
  • Fundamentals and PHY
  • MAC design and Cross-Layering
  • Fixed, Mobile and Wireless Networks, and mobility support
  • Services and Applications
  • BlockChain
  • Nano Communications
  • Digital Economy
Author Guidance
  • Papers must present original, previously unpublished, complete research, not currently under review by another conference or journal.
  • Submissions must be prepared in English and follow the Springer LNCS formatting requirements (12-page manuscript).
  • The maximum size of papers should be 5000 words including tables and figures.
  • The cover page must contain an abstract of about 150 words, 3–5 keywords, name and affiliation of author(s), and the corresponding author's e-mail and postal address.
  • All papers will undergo peer review, managed through the Microsoft CMT system.
