ruSMART 2026, The 19th International Conference on Internet of Things and Smart Spaces, will be held in Istanbul, Turkey, 23–25 November 2026, bringing together researchers, academics, industry experts, and practitioners working on the Internet of Things, smart spaces, and intelligent systems and applications.

The conference provides an international forum for exchanging new ideas, research results, and practical experience in the design, development, deployment, and evaluation of smart spaces and IoT-enabled systems.

The history of ruSMART dates back to 2008. Proceedings of ruSMART 2026 will be published in Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) (approved) and indexed by relevant databases. The peer-review process is managed through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT), provided for free by Microsoft.

The conference will be held in hybrid mode, with on-site participation in Istanbul and full online participation for those unable to travel.
